The Austin Trail of Lights is one of the biggest and best showcases of Christmas lights in all of Texas and one of the three biggest events in Austin! Held annually at Zilker Park, this Austin Texas event featuring nearly two million lights receives national accolades and has quickly become must-see for anyone living in Austin or the surrounding region.
The Austin Trail of Lights is great way to kick off the Christmas season and now offers other fun events for friends and family.
What started in 1965 as “Yule Fest” as a gift to the city of Austin from Austin Parks and Recreations Department has grown to be a community-wide celebration of the unique spirit and people that make Austin the place we love to call home.
