the master plan?

Hill Country views within an environment that’s relaxing, enchanting and altogether inspiring.

MASTER PLAN

Some master planned-communities focus on “the where” of a given space: Where are the entrances? Where’s the pool?

Caliterra, on the other hand, is designed around an entirely different question — how do you feel as you move through the community? That’s what makes the Caliterra experience — from strolling on the banks of Onion Creek to lounging with neighbors at The Hall to enjoying the quiet from your new homes — so truly unique. You get to take in the views within an environment that’s relaxing, enchanting and altogether inspiring.

NATURE
Naturally Beautiful Landscapes

Caliterra is all about the joys provided by the great outdoors; more than 250 acres will remain undeveloped- devoted to green space. So as you jog, hike or bike on its many paths and trails, you’ll be surrounded by native wildflowers, mature trees, and natural parks and green spaces.

Onion Creek

The gentle ripples of Onion Creek, a tributary of the Colorado River, help give Caliterra its heartbeat. That’s why you’ll find so many great features along its banks, including trails, open areas with bird houses, and picnic areas.

LIFESTYLE

At Caliterra, you’ll find the best combination of Hill Country life paired with all the inviting amenities of a master-planned community. Active families looking for room to play, mid-lifers looking for a slower pace, empty nesters looking for a piece of paradise – everyone can be at home with nature here.

With miles of trails, a private community pool, and picnic seating along Onion Creek – the amazing amenities that Caliterra offers fit all lifestyles. For a more detailed look at our amenities, please visit the Amenities page.

DRIPPING SPRINGS

Caliterra is located just down the road from downtown Dripping Springs, where historic Mercer Street greets you with restaurants, boutiques, and galleries, an old-style dance hall, weekly farmer’s market, and community events held year ’round.

Experience local shopping and dining with friends, family, and neighbors at Dripping Springs’ finest retailers on the First Thursday of each month. Dripping Springs is home to weekly farmer’s markets, festivals and local spirits such as Deep Eddy Vodka and San Luis Distillery- making it a draw from the greater Austin Area.

Founded in the 1850s, Dripping Springs keeps you in touch with Hill Country charm – and keeps you in reach of Austin’s own famed music scene, fine and funky restaurants, and Lake Austin.

SCHOOLS

When you become part of the Caliterra community, your school-age children will benefit from becoming part of the highly recognized Dripping Springs independent school district (ISD). Small classroom sizes allow teachers to help students reach their individual potential throughout Dripping Springs schools, while strong parent and community support, excellence in communication, and a quality teaching staff support student achievement at the highest levels.
