Caliterra in Dripping Springs is quickly growing! With the start of Caliterra phase II, current and potential residents can expect to see new amenities and beautiful new homes in Dripping Springs. Here are some of the big things to look forward to in Caliterra phase II.
Connecting Phase I and Phase II
The biggest thing to come from the start of Caliterra phase II is the completion of the Onion Creek Bridge, shown above, which connects phase I to phase II and allows residents to freely explore our wonderful community. More Community Amenities
Aside from the Onion Creek Bridge, Caliterra phase II will also feature the construction of The Overlook at Caliterra Park, which will be our community pool (artist rendering shown above). This resort-style pool is set to open in time for the 2018 summer! Caliterra also recently welcomed a new community playground for children to enjoy all year long near the Event Pavilion.
Other major community amenities underway include various hiking and biking trails that will seamlessly intertwine with phase II as they do with phase I. These new trails feature a smooth, flat surface—ideal for runners and strollers.
