Tell us about yourself!
I was born and raised in south Louisiana. My hobbies include kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, mountain biking, camping, fishing, hiking, jogging, swimming, weight-lifting, reading, gardening, and simple wood working.

What made you choose Caliterra as your new community?
For me, the biggest selling point for the Caliterra community was access to Onion Creek. The large open green spaces and future plans for a trail system was also a motivator. Finally, close proximity to the school, a large grocery store, and a large home improvement center was a strong factor.

What is your favorite part of your new home?
I enjoy having mature trees in our yard. The home’s immediate proximity to Onion Creek and the cabin-side green space is my favorite part. The home itself is well done by the builder, Grand Haven. The 3-car garage with 4th storage bay is a very nice feature for a family with outdoor hobbies.

What is your favorite amenity/future amenity at Caliterra?
I look forward to an exercise/weight room and a time when development can allow for some camping in the green spaces.

What do you love most about Caliterra?
I love the location/environment the most. The immediate proximity to Onion Creek and recreational activities, therein, the close proximity to schools, groceries, and supplies, and the expansive green spaces. Furthermore, the nearness of parks like Pedernales Falls State Park, Hamilton Pool, Riemer’s Ranch, Guadalupe State Park, and Zilker Park, make Caliterra a very attractive place to live and raise a family.
