“We moved to Austin in 2012, but knew we found our permanent landing spot when we found Caliterra.” -
What made you choose Caliterra as your new community?
“The biggest selling point for us was the green space and amenities. Having room for our boys to run around was a huge sell for us. Having community spaces where we can fellowship was another selling point.”

What is your favorite part of your new home?
“We love the big island in our kitchen that serves as a family gathering point. We also love relaxing and dining on our patio.”

What is your favorite amenity/future amenity at Caliterra?
“So far we have been walking most nights along Onion Creek. We are really excited for the splash pad and pool.”

“What don’t we love!?! We can’t get enough of proximity to Dripping Springs, the outdoor culture of the neighborhood, the scenic views, and getting to know our neighbors.”
