Drees Custom Homes
Drees Custom Homes continues to flourish after 89 years in business and is now the nation’s 14th largest privately-owned homebuilder, and the 23rd largest over all. While the values of excellence and integrity continue to serve their company well, President and CEO David Drees has also integrated 21st-century technology and the efficiencies it provides.
Drees builds on two separate lot sizes in Caliterra, 70’ and 100’ lots. For the 70’ lots, Drees is offering 8 floorplans ranging from 2,816 square foot, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, one story Archer floorplan to their 4,613 square foot, 6 bedroom and 5.5 bathroom Tanner floorplan. For the 100′ lots, Drees is offering 7 floorplans ranging from 3,574 square foot, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathroom, one story Lauren II floorplan to their 4,6833 square foot, 5 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom Colinas II floorplan.
Scott Felder Homes
Building their homes on both 60’ and 80’ lots, Scott Felder Homes offers different floorplans depending on the lot size you want. For the 60’ lots, they’re offering 15 different floorplans and have one available home. As for their 80’ lots, Scott Felder Homes has 9 floorplans to choose from and one available home.
Custom Homebuilders
Sterling Custom Homes
While most of the homebuilders at Caliterra in Dripping Springs use green building practices, Sterling Custom Homes takes it up a notch by having Certified Green Professionals on staff that helps homebuyers make informed, energy-efficient decisions on every aspect of the building process. Currently, Sterling Custom Homes has one available home and one available lot in Caliterra.
Arbogast Custom Homes
Garnering many accolades from the homebuilding community, Arbogast Custom Homes is a boutique custom homebuilder that’s dedicated to providing superb customer service. They don’t just build homes, they build works of livable art. They currently have two homes available in Caliterra along with four lots that are just waiting to be claimed!
Lake Travis Builders
Lake Travis Builders knows that when you’re having your home custom built, you want the builder to be completely dedicated to you. That’s why they only take on an average of 12 projects a year. Since they only take on so few projects every year, you will need to contact Lake Travis Builders directly about building and lot availability.
Sommerfeld Construction
With over 35 years of experience, Sommerfeld Construction has been dedicated to building amazing custom homes in the Texas Hill Country. They’re family owned and operated and make it a point to work hand in hand with the customer to build them the perfect home.
