Okay, so it’s definitely too chilly to go swimming, but come next summer, the weather will be perfect! Here’s some more info on the latest addition to our Dripping Springs master-planned community.
Officially Broke Ground on September 13
Just over a month ago, we officially broke ground on the Caliterra community pool. As part of our “At Home with Nature” lifestyle, the pool will join other great Caliterra amenities homeowners are currently enjoying, including our welcome lodge and on-site Le Muse Coffee shop, event pavilion, event lawn, outdoor fireplace, splash pad, parks & trails and our one-of-a-kind Treehouse Park.
The Overlook Pool Complex
The pool will be a part of the beautiful Overlook Pool Complex, which is the first phase of the 33-acre Caliterra park. The complex will include a private, resort-style pool, kid pool, shaded structures and spots to soak up the sun. As you could maybe guess from its name, the Overlook Pool Complex will overlook the stunning Texas Hill Country views from across Onion Creek.
Ready for Summer
The Overlook Pool Complex is scheduled to open for the summer of 2019! This will be a wonderful addition to our ever-growing Dripping Springs master-planned community. Whether you’ll want to dive in or just float around, the Overlook Pool will be the perfect spot to take the family for a hot summer day without having to leave Caliterra.
