Maybe it’s because it’s all homemade, or maybe it’s because you can really taste the delicious smokiness in the meat. We like to think it’s both. Plus, these tacos are really hard to beat when you consider that their tortillas and salsa are also homemade!

But seriously, who doesn’t love breakfast tacos? Even though Tia’s Kitchen doesn’t open until 11:30 AM, who says you can’t snag some of their breakfast tacos for lunch or dinner? If you’re wanting their breakfast tacos actually for breakfast, then you’ll have to wait until Saturday when they open at 8:00 AM! Their delicious breakfast tacos aren’t just some plain Jane tacos. You can get their Ultimo breakfast taco which has eggs, bacon, chorizo, sausage, cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese or go with a crowd-favorite, the brisket & eggs breakfast taco!

You didn’t read that wrong, if you aren’t a fan of any of their menu listed tacos, you can Build It Yourself and create a breakfast taco that sounds perfect to you! With their various fresh ingredients and the ability to add one of their special smoked meats, you’re sure to find your dream taco ingredient combination that’ll help you start your day off right.
Tacos al Carbon
If you’re aren’t really feeling a breakfast taco, no worries! Tia’s Kitchen also serves tacos al carbon. With meat that they smoke themselves, guests can choose from tacos with Tia’s Smoked Chicken, pulled pork, beef brisket or mixed veggies (mushrooms, zucchini, spinach and onion.)
