Hawk’s Shadow Winery
Open to visitors on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or weekdays by appointment for tastings. Featuring wines from estate varietals and carefully selected grapes from Texas Hill Country growers, Hawk’s Shadow Winery is a relaxed setting that’s pure Dripping Springs.

Solaro Estate Winery
Named Texas Winery of the Year 2014-2015 and selected as the 2015 Best Business of Dripping Springs (wineries category), Solaro Estate is as dedicated to sustainable farming practices and the preservation of natural resources as it is to producing internationally respected wines. Visit this Texas Hill Country winery for a tasting Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
