Hawk’s Shadow Winery
Open to visitors on Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, or weekdays by appointment for tastings. Featuring wines from estate varietals and carefully selected grapes from Texas Hill Country growers, Hawk’s Shadow Winery is a relaxed setting that’s pure Dripping Springs.

Solaro Estate Winery

Visit this Texas Hill Country winery for a tasting Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
