We all know our Texas summers can get extremely hot. This is why Caliterra has developed a kid’s splash pad for residents to stay cool all summer long! They’ll love this nature-themed playground including, a tire swing, logs for climbing and much more!

The coffee shop will be one of our most popular community features at Caliterra. Located in the Welcome Lodge, residents can meet friends, do some business, or just enjoy reading a good book. Not to mention, the shop will be filled with delicious menu items, including freshly ground coffee, specialty drinks, pastries and muffins.
