Recently the Greater Austin Home Builders Association had their 2018 MAX Awards. Last year, the Caliterra homebuilders won big at the 2017 MAX Awards, and this year wasn’t much different. Two of the Caliterra homebuilders from our master-planned community near Austin took home so many great MAX awards – Scott Felder Homes and Arbogast Custom Homes.

Caliterra homebuilder Scott Felder Homes frequently wins homebuilding industry awards and accolades. Scott Felder Homes builds on the 60’ lots and 80’ lots in our master-planned community near Austin. Scott Felder Homes took home 14 industry awards at this year’s MAX Awards, including Volume Builder of the Year, which they have won 12 times before. Arbogast Custom Homes
The other Caliterra homebuilder to claim several MAX awards was one of our wonderful custom builders – Arbogast Custom Homes. Building in Wildwood, the gated neighborhood of our master-planned community near Austin, Arbogast Custom Homes is one of three custom homebuilders in Caliterra getting to build on our expansive 125’ lots.
