There are so many amazing things coming soon to our master-planned community! When it’s all said and done, Caliterra in Dripping Springs will be a bustling community that is rooted in nature and rich with a sense of community togetherness. Here’s just a little intro to our wonderful developer, Allegiant Realty Partners, and their vision for Caliterra.
About the Developer
Allegiant Realty Partners got their start back in 2013 when two Dallas-based land development companies decided to come together to expand their development efforts to the Greater Austin area. Even though Allegiant Realty Partners has only been around for 4 years, the two development companies—Siepiela Interests and Taylor-Duncan Interests—have over 30 years of experience. They’ve developed thousands of lots for regional, national and custom homebuilders across the Dallas-Fort Worth area and have begun to do the same for the Austin area. They’re known within the industry for their highly successful residential master-planned communities.
The lead developer for Caliterra is Gregory Rich. With over 30 years of real estate lending and land development experience, Rich got his start back in 1983. Rich is the perfect person to ensure that our master-planned community is developed to the highest standards. He understands that homeowners, especially those in the Austin area, want to be able to have a high standard of living while still enjoying all that the great outdoors has to offer.

The Master Plan
Once our master-planned community is complete, it will feature over 500 beautiful, new, luxury homes in Dripping Springs. Homes will be built on five various home lots: 60’ x 130’, 70’ x 130’, 80’ x 150’, 100’ x 150’ and 125’ x 200’. Check out the full site plan (shown above) to see how everything will be laid out.
