About Art of Tacos
Getting their start in 2012 as a family-owned and operated business, Art of Tacos serves great Mexican cuisine from tacos to quesadillas and burritos. With a simple menu, choosing what you want won’t be hard, and their location makes them easy to get to!
The Location
Located just north of Lady Bird Lake on Rainey Street, Art of Tacos is at an extremely convenient location, so don’t be surprised if you have to wait a little during the lunch and dinner rush.
What to Eat at Arts of Tacos
While you might think that the tacos would be the ‘must-get’ at Art of Tacos, their al pastor quesadilla is one of the most highly recommended items on the menu! The way their menu works is you decide your “canvas” (taco, quesadilla, burrito, burrito bowl), then you choose your “palette” (fajita steak, fajita chicken, al pastor, picadillo, vegetarian, brisket) and finally you select your “paint” (onion, cilantro, cheese, lettuce, tomato, jalapeño). You can also elect to add on beans, sour cream, avocado or extra meat. And don’t forget about their chips and salsa, a staple for any place serving Mexican cuisine in Texas.
So the next time you’re looking for some food near Dripping Springs, even if it isn’t Taco Tuesday, head on over to Art of Tacos in Austin!
