While all of the past places have been Mexican restaurants, this Taco Tuesday we’re shaking things up with the Korean BBQ inspired tacos at Chi’Lantro in Downtown Austin.

A Better Way to Breakfast
They may be tacos, but they go like hot cakes! The breakfast tacos at Chi’Lantro are served Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM, or until they’re sold out. They offer five amazing breakfast tacos, which are all just $3! While you can always go with a traditional Bacon, Egg and Cheese, we’d recommend getting one of their four truly unique breakfast tacos. Try the Burnet, which has black beans, bacon, cheese and avocado or order the Congress, which includes spicy pork, egg and cheese. For a good vegetarian option, try their Colorado breakfast taco with black beans, egg and avocado.
Build Your Own Korean BBQ Tacos
If you miss the breakfast tacos, don’t worry. There’s still hope to get some great regular tacos for lunch, and better yet, you get to build it yourself! For their lunch menu, an order of tacos comes with two tasty, tasty tacos. First you start by telling your Chi’Lantro server whether you want corn or flour tortillas. Then you choose your Korean BBQ– Beef Ribeye, Spicy Pork, Soy Glazed Chicken, Spicy Chicken or Tofu. Then you select your desired veggies – Green Leaf Lettuce, Carrots, Cucumber, Onions, Red Cabbage, Baby Spinach and Cilantro. After that, you can choose any other toppings you may want like Cheese, Guacamole, Homemade Kimchi, Grilled Corn Salad or Tortilla Strips. Lastly, you can choose some dressing or sauces – Carrot Ginger Dressing, Spicy Ranch, Sesame Vinaigrette, Fresh Squeezed Lime, Magic Sauce, Tomatillo Salsa and House Red Salsa. Chi’Lantro serves up their lunch tacos from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
