The Adventure Club cabin will be overlooking the peaceful Onion Creek in the Caliterra community. From fishing at the dock to flying a kite to even planning a family campout, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The intention of the Adventure Club was for residents to grab a seat, stay awhile and enjoy a day of fun with friends and family.

The 6-mile trail system with 5 nature trails will inspire you and your family to get out and enjoy the fresh air. Whether jogging, biking or walking is your thing, the Caliterra trails won’t disappoint. Also, the trails will eventually connect to a planned regional trail system!
Treehouse Park
Yep, you read that right. The Caliterra community will feature a Treehouse Park. Your family will love spending the day imagining that you’re the Swiss Family Robinson on your own private island. The park will also include a turf play area, picnic tables, shaded seating areas and more!
Residents Only Pool & Clubhouse
Residents will experience the life of luxury with the exclusive residents only pool and clubhouse. The clubhouse will be featured in Phase 2 of the Caliterra community. The spacious patio decks, makes this a great place to entertain friends and family. Also, with the weather getting warmer, residents can escape the heat by lounging around in one of the poolside cabanas or our younger residents can cool off in the kid’s splash pool!
