Texas Hill Country Olive Company

When you think of the Texas Hill Country, you probably think about the great grapes and wineries around Dripping Springs, but what about the olives? The Texas Hill Country Olive Company has been creating some of the best local craft products from olives since 2008. This family-owned Dripping Springs business is the most awarded olive company in Texas and they produce truly exceptional olive oils and balsamic vinegars.
San Luis Spirits

Have you heard of San Luis Spirits before? If the name doesn’t ring a bell, their main product sure will – Dripping Springs Vodka. These master distilleries now also give us more than just award-winning vodka with their delightful addition of Dripping Springs Gin. What makes San Luis Spirits even more deserving to be on anyone’s list for the best of Dripping Springs is that they micro-distill each of their spirits in 40 or 50-gallon copper pot stills.

Now if you really want to see the best of Dripping Springs, then come to the place where our whole city likes to congregate – the Dripping Springs Farmers Market! Every Wednesday you can head to the Veterans Memorial Park between the hours of 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM to find local craft products that you won’t be able to find in any Dripping Springs store.
