Spending the day in Caliterra’s Ecological Park will be a nature lover’s heaven. Residents will truly enjoy all the interpretive trails the large natural park has to offer. For comfort and fun, the community park will include many benches, display gardens, learning playing areas, picnic tables and more! Not to mention a tree swing for younger residents and native grass and wildflower areas for the whole family to spend the day enjoying the fresh air.
Turkey Hollow
The 37.8-acre natural open space will allow residents to explore the beautiful, scenic trails of the Caliterra community. There will be lots of shaded seating areas with benches and plenty of picnic tables for families to enjoy a day outdoors. With the open grass and wildflower area, our residents will feel as if they are far from home. This makes Turkey Hollow a wonderful place to camp out for the night.
Onion Creek
Many trails and paths will run alongside the peaceful Onion Creek for residents to take lovely bike rides through or walk and talk with friends. The Caliterra community is perfect for active families. Onion Creek and the smaller Walnut Springs and the surrounding areas will offer many activities. From exploring to biking, fishing, picnicking or flying kites, Caliterra has something for everyone.
