Looking for a place to go where there is always something going on? Head to Bee Cave where you’ll find Hill Country Galleria (12700 Hill Country Blvd.). It’s only a 20-minute drive from Dripping Springs. The shopping center is west of downtown Austin at the major intersection of Bee Cave Rd., Hwy. 620, and Hwy. 71.
What You’ll Find at Hill Country Galleria
Hill Country Galleria has more than 100 shops and restaurants on its 1.3-million-square-foot property. The shopping center is anchored by Barnes and Noble, Cinemark, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dillard’s, and Whole Foods Market. In 2017, it underwent a huge transformation.
Not only can you shop and dine there but you can also see movies, attend a Pilates class, get your eyes checked, or take your fur-baby for a checkup. The Galleria hosts more than 150 family-friendly community events every year. The destination is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. andon Sundays from noon to 6 p.m.
They offer curbside pickup. The website lists all the stores that provide it, the hours for each, and any other relevant instructions such as how to order or pay for your order.
Community Events at Hill Country Galleria
An entire page is devoted to upcoming Hill Country Galleria events. You’ll find a lot of options from boot camps and coffee workshops to singles events and live music. The Lone Star Farmers Market sets up every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Central Plaza lawn. They have more than 40 vendors, live music, and complimentary kids’ activities.
