About The Cove Pool Complex
In late 2018, ground was officially broken on The Cove Pool Complex and steady progress has been made on this amenity over the last 8 months. The pool will be joining our many other master-planned community amenities, including our welcome lodge, The Front Porch, on-site coffee shop, Le Muse, Treehouse Park, The Springs splash pad and The Yard event space. All of the Caliterra amenities encourage homeowners to feel “At Home with Nature,” and the pool is no exception.
Plans for the Newest Amenity
The Cove Pool Complex is made up of more than just the resort-style pool. Phase 1 of the amenity center will include plenty of shade structures, picnic tables and lounge chairs along with a separate kid’s pool. The Cove Pool Complex is designed to make unwinding with family and friends easy. This summer, the resident-only complex is sure to become the hottest spot to escape the summer heat and the greatest gathering spot for Sunday barbecues.
