Austin’s Capital City Black Film Festival
Dec. 4 — 6
Are you a film buff looking for something different? Miss attending film festivals? Interested in hearing the universal stories of African American filmmakers? You’ll want to attend Austin’s Capital City Black Film Festival, which is a safe and virtual experience. This year’s theme is “Breakthrough: Unleash Your Power.” The theme aims to explore the impact racism has on the mental health of Black people.
This year’s Christmas Market requires becoming a member of the German-Texan Heritage Society. Everyone is welcome to join. You could be a history buff, Texan of German descent, someone interested in preserving a historic landmark, or someone who wants to learn more about the impact German-Texans have on the history of Texas, or none of the above.
Support a valuable organization while you discover unique gifts or build up your Christmas wonderland. Be sure to bring your mask, keep your distance, and sanitize regularly. Vielen Dank und bis bald!
